The Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (GSENM) science program hosts a lecture series at the Kanab Library (374 N Main Street) that is open to all: Science and Nature Talks in Kanab. Past science lecture presentations can be viewed here.

- April 12-19, 2025: The Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument's Escalante Interagency Visitor Center will host a Junior Ranger Day 2025 on April 19. Activities and new programs will be featured from April 12 through April 19, 2025.
- April 16, 2025: Utah's bumble bees and how we can help them. By guest speaker, Amy Dolan. This free event is at the Kanab City Library at 6 p.m.
