Kuskokwim River Region
Located in Southwest Alaska, the Kuskokwim River basin occupies an area of 50,000 square miles, or about 11 percent of the total area of Alaska. The basin is drained by the Kuskokwim River and its many tributaries including the streams and lakes along the Bering Sea coast from Cape Newnham in the south to Ninglick River in the north.
