WORLAND, Wyo. - The Bureau of Land Management Worland Field Office will repair Smilo/Sand Draw Road (BLM Road 1416) east of Ten Sleep from Oct. 2-6. The road will be temporarily closed during this time to allow heavy equipment to complete the scheduled work.
Repairs will include boulder and rock removal and road grading. The road will be signed at the main point of entry. Access from the east to public and private land in the area will not be affected.
The BLM appreciates your patience while the needed repairs are completed. Providing safe access to public land is a key component of the BLM’s priority to be a good neighbor in the communities we serve. For more information, please contact the Worland Field Office at 307-347-5100.
