Carson City, Nev.--The Bureau of Land Management, Sierra Front-Northwestern Great Basin Resource Advisory Council, Sage-grouse sub-committee will meet on Wednesday, January 11. The meeting will be held at the BLM State Office, at 1340 Financial Boulevard, in Reno, Nev., from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. A public comment period will be held at 4:30 p.m.

Agenda items include:

Update on BLM sage-grouse habitat management activities including status of implementation of Instructional Memorandums for implementing Great sage-grouse plans.

BLM’s monitoring plan implementation and how the Sage-grouse sub-group can assist BLM with necessary resources.

Report on workshop on “Resolving Conflict and Building Consensus.”
