BLM seeks public input for Lifestyle Homes Utility and Access Rights-of Way

CARSON CITY, NEV. The Bureau of Land Management, Carson City District, Sierra Front Field Office has prepared the Preliminary Environmental Assessment (PEA) to analyze the direct, indirect, and cumulative effects of authorizing the construction of access roads and buried utilities across BLM administered land to serve the proposed Lifestyle Homes development in Lemmon Valley, Washoe County, Nevada. The BLM is seeking public comment and input on this PEA under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. This includes seeking information and identifying historic properties in or near the project area. Public comments will be accepted through May 18, 2020.
