Subject: 2015 Fire and Aviation Management Post-Season Meeting Notification DD: 11/2/2015
The Wyoming Fire and Aviation Post-Season meeting will be held Tuesday December 1, 2015 starting at
8:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Wyoming National Guard Joint Forces
Readiness Center located at 5800 Central Avenue in Cheyenne, Wyoming. A map to this facility and
parking instructions are attached.
The target audience for the meeting on December 1, 2015, as per 2015 Interagency Standards for
Fire and Fire Aviation Operations policy, includes Wyoming State Office Agency Administrators,
District Managers, Field Managers, and District Fire Management Officers. Other staff, including
Resource, Safety, Public Information, and Fire and Aviation are invited and encouraged to attend as well.
At this time, we are requesting fire, fuels and aviation presentations and agenda items from the
Field and District Offices. Please provide this information to Paul Hohn at the Wyoming State Office by
November 2, 2015 using the attached agenda item request form. The post-season fire management
meeting agenda is pending based upon the agenda development and confirmation of speakers, and will be
distributed via e-mail prior to the meeting.
