Subject: Issuance of the Bureau of Land Management Air Resource Optional Checklist for Technical Workgroup for Memorandum of Understanding Implementation
This Information Bulletin announces the issuance of the Air Resource Optional Checklist for Technical Workgroup for Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Implementation. The Checklist was developed to assist Bureau of Land Management persons involved in land use planning to comply with the MOU among the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of the Interior, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Regarding Air Analyses and Mitigation for Federal Oil and Gas Decisions through the National Environmental Policy Act, signed June 23, 2011.
Attached is the checklist which lists the steps in establishing and working with a technical workgroup. The use of the checklist is optional and is not a commitment to complete the listed activities in the time identified. It may be shared with project collaborators.
The release of this checklist does not change any policies.
