This Information Bulletin (IB) announces the release of Appendix 2 to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) handbook H-3203-1, Leasing Terms.  The appendix incorporates interim policy issued under Washington Office Instruction Memorandum 2008-068 into the applicable handbook regarding New and Modified Legacy Rehost 2000 Case Types and Action Codes for Tracking Geothermal Resources Leasing and Operations under the revised Geothermal Leasing regulations and implementation of the National Lease Sale System (NLSS) Public Challenge and Stipulations Modules.
