Trails Center hosts acclaimed artist Hank Cramer for pioneer music weekend
Event Description
CASPER, Wyo. – Join the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center this weekend, July 6 and 7, for a weekend of old-fashioned pioneer music with American folk singer Hank Cramer.
Known for his booming voice and vintage flattop guitar, Cramer boasts a collection of more than a thousand modern and traditional songs. His humor, passion for history, and music makes for an entertaining and educational experience. Both Saturday and Sunday, Cramer will perform throughout the day and speak about America’s westward migration and its traditional songs. Performances will take place inside the Trails Center.

- July 6 at 11 a.m. – Life on the Trail (Youth Program)
- July 6 and 7 (all day) – Pioneer Music with Hank Cramer
- 10 a.m. – Oregon Trail Songs
- 12 p.m. – California Trail Songs
- 2 p.m. – Soldier Ballads
