Roseburg, Ore. – The Bureau of Land Management will close the Susan Creek Falls Trail, Monday through Friday, April 29 to May 17, 2024. The closure will be in place until contract work to remove burned material from the Susan Creek Falls location is completed.

The trail will be open to the public on Saturday and Sunday of each week.

“We ask the public to be respectful of the closure and follow all signs and guidance provided at the trailhead,” said Cheyne Rossbach, Assistant Field Manager for the BLM’s Swiftwater Field Office. “The work being completed will greatly improve the visitor experience at the falls and will be a big step forward in restoring a popular area to a more functional condition.”

For questions relating to this closure, please contact Cheyne Rossbach at 541-579-0648 or by email at crossbac@blm.gov.
