Event Description

Volunteers will assist the BLM with the removal of black henbane, an invasive and toxic species that fiercely competes with native plants for water and other resources near Trickle Mountain in the San Luis Valley. During this weekend volunteer event, breakfast and dinner will be provided. Camping and fishing opportunities are available after hours and portable toilets will be available on-site. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years-old if staying overnight.
