Realty Action: Modified Competitive Sale of 11 Parcels of Public Land in Clark County, Nevada

The BLM proposes to offer 11 parcels of public land totaling 89.35 acres in the Las Vegas Valley by modified competitive sale at no less than each parcel's Fair Market Value pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended. The sale will be processed in conformance with applicable provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and BLM regulations.


The BLM manages more than 245 million acres of public land located primarily in 12 western states, including Alaska, on behalf of the American people. The BLM also administers 700 million acres of sub-surface mineral estate throughout the nation.
