Event Description
The Department of the Interior today announced a career fair in Denver, Colorado, on April 6 and 7 to fill multiple wildland fire positions across the U.S. The event will feature wildland fire careers with four agencies: the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Bureau of Land Management, the National Park Service, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Job seekers can apply online through USAJOBS or in-person at the event. Available positions will be posted online within the next few weeks. Qualified applicants will have an opportunity to interview at the career fair, and tentative job offers could be made on the spot; however, in-person attendance is not required for consideration.
Applicants interested in attending can meet hiring managers and wildland fire personnel on April 6 and 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Denver Airport Convention Center located at 15500 East 40th Avenue, in Denver, Colorado.
