Christmas tree permits now available!
Roseburg, Ore. -- Christmas tree permits for cutting your own tree(s) from BLM-administered lands will be available from the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) Roseburg District Office beginning November 12 through December 24, 2024, at https://forestproducts.blm.gov/customer/permitselect/OR
In addition, if a person is interested in getting a Christmas tree permit in person, the public can purchase a permit from November 29 through December 24, 2024, at 777 Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, Roseburg, Oregon, during business hours.
The cost for a single tree up to 12-feet high is $5.00. A household is limited to three trees per permit. No commercial permits will be issued. The permit tag authorizes purchasers to cut their own tree(s) on a self-serve basis in either the Swiftwater or South River Resource Areas on BLM-managed lands.
Permits and maps are available for purchase by phone at 541-440-4930 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
