BLM seeks input on proposed 20-acre land sale for affordable housing in the Las Vegas Valley
BLM proposes to sell 20-acres in the Las Vegas Valley by direct sale (without competition) to the Clark County Department of Social Services at less than the appraised fair market value for affordable housing purposes. The Clark County Department of Social Services submitted a sale nomination to the BLM for the proposed affordable housing project called Cactus Trails Affordable Housing Project.
Written comments will be accepted until September 3, 2024.
