BLM announces the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and the opening of a 30-day protest period for the Proposed Resource Management Plan (RMP) Amendment for the Rough Hat Clark Solar Project in Clark County, Nevada.
Those who participated in the planning process may file a plan protest electronically starting on November 1, 2024
