Request is for the following:

•  Records identifying the contractors and subcontractors involved in the development of the Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program Environmental Impact Statement;

•  Records regarding any subcontractors utilized by Environmental Management and Planning Solutions pursuant to its contract with the Department of Interior, and/or Bureau of Land Management, and/or Fish and Wildlife Service regarding development of the Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program Environmental Impact Statement;

•  Records describing the scope of work on the Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program Environmental Impact Statement to be completed by such contractors or subcontractors.
