Blucher Creek Campground
The Blucher Creek Campground is 74 miles from Rock Springs and 70 miles from Lander. This fee-free site is first come, first served. It features a safety structure, accessible picnic tables, accessible fire rings, and an accessible vault toilet. The stay limit is 14 days.
Accessibility Description (ABA/ADA)
The Campground has 7 drive-up campsites connected by a graded dirt pathway. There are no walk-in sites.
There is one accessible single vault toilet at the east end of the Campground. The site also has a warming hut with a wood-burning stove, but there is a step up at the entrance.
Each site has an accessible picnic table with an extended end to accommodate wheelchair users. Three of the sites have accessible fire rings with grill attachments.
There is no potable water or cell phone reception. No picnic shelters are available, but tree coverage provides some shade.
Nearby Sweetwater Bridge (7 miles away) and Sweetwater Guard Station (5 miles away) campgrounds have similar features.

From State Highway 28, turn north on to County Road 5-13/Continental Divide Road and continue for 15 miles. Turn east onto BLM Road 4105/Sweetwater Gap Ranch Road for 3.3 miles, then take a left (west) on to BLM 4110/Blucher Creek Road for 4 miles. Turn east onto Continental Divide Snow Machine Trail (designated by orange diamond markers with "CD" in the center). Campsites are to the north for .75 miles.
