CASPER, Wyo. – Visit the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center throughout the month of December and experience history with the annual model railroad exhibit, presented by the Central Wyoming Model Railroad Association.

The display will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday through Saturday on the following days.

  • Dec. 7-9
  • Dec. 14-16
  • Dec. 21-23
  • Dec. 28-30

The annual holiday railroad exhibit offers something for every age, as guests are invited to view and operate a variety of model trains. Club members from the railroad association will be on hand to assist and educate train enthusiasts.

“This is truly a hands-on operation where you will have the opportunity to touch and operate a variety of model trains,” says railroad association member Homer Whitlock.

Organized in 1987, the Casper-based Central Wyoming Model Railroad Association provides educational and recreational opportunities for people of all ages.
