NORMAN, Okla. - With concern for the health of our wild horses and burros and to mitigate the spread of the Vesicular Stomatitus Virus (VSV) that was recently introduced into the area, the BLM is postponing the wild horse and burro adoption event scheduled for August 14-15 in Baxter Springs, Kansas.
When there is a new date, it will be posted on the event schedule: blm.gov/whb/events .
