The Pueblo of Zia will conduct drainage repair and road realignment at mile marker 2 on Cabezon Road, necessitating closure of the Road on May 3-4 and May 10-11.  This means that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) White Mesa Bike Trail System will be inaccessible.  The project is necessary to mitigate continual flooding in the area.  For more information about other biking opportunities in the area, please contact BLM Outdoor Recreation Planner Jamie Garcia at 505-761-8787.
