Bureau of Land Management to host Virtual Hiring Fair for Fire and Aviation

NEVADA — The Bureau of Land Management Fire program is hosting a hiring webinar on Thursday, October 27th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pacific. Registration information can be found here: https://www.nevadafireinfo.org/fire-hiring-webinar
The purpose of this webinar is to increase awareness surrounding Fire hiring paths, specifically regarding entry-level positions and temp-seasonal positions for students, recent graduates, veterans, Returned Peace Corps Volunteers, AmeriCorps VISTA volunteers, and persons with disabilities. The webinar will cover openings, NVFireInfo tools, USAJOBS.gov assistance, and will provide further information on hiring initiatives within the BLM.
Designated subject matter experts (SME) will give brief overviews of their job series and be on standby to answer questions for prospective applicants. This virtual webinar is open to the public – job seekers, veterans, students, recent graduates, and anyone interested in federal careers is encouraged to join.
