Information Bulletin:

This Information Bulletin announces the availability of the updated Stream Location Points (STRM_LOC_PT) Spatial Data Standard Version 3.0 (attachment).

The following changes were applied:

  • Reformatted the document to use the latest data standard template with Section 508 improvements.
  • Updated document revision table.
  • Incremented the version number on each file name and modified the file names for consistency.
  • Corrected records retention schedule.
  • Updated figures 1 and 2.
  • Changed edit tracking fields to CREATE_DATE and CREATE_BY.
  • Added fields MODIFY_DATE, MODIFY_BY, and GLOBALID.
  • Added default values for required fields.
  • Changed the format of the date field and added date accuracy field.
  • Added calculation and constraint data rule sections to section 9.5.
  • Moved theme specific content from section 9.2 to 9.5.
  • Added applicable generic content to section 9.2.

Additional changes and editing made throughout the document to improve accuracy and clarity.
