Action Plan - FY 17 NV BLM Realty Program Review and Evaluation

This Instruction Bulletin (IB), and attached Action Plans (2), for the Lands and Realty and Special Legislation Programs were developed to resolve issues discovered in the FY 2017 review report. It reinforces the use and productiveness of existing policies and procedures, and serves as a reminder to the Nevada realty program staff and managers of appropriate guidelines. It also addresses the need to train new staff and to insure compliance with current regulatory requirements. The Action Plans provide achievable solutions for implementation, in order to effectively and efficiently improve the Lands and Realty and Special Legislation Programs in the State of Nevada.
