Purpose: This Instruction Memorandum (IM) transmits the Washington Office's (WO) data call in their subject IM No. 2012-174, which is found at: web.blm.gov/internal/wo-500/directives/dir-12/im2012-174.html. The data call is in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request submitted by Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER).

Policy/Action: Follow the instructions in WO IM 2012-174; additionally, submit the completed Table 1 to the State Office by September 28, 2012.

Timeframe: This IM is effective upon receipt. The due date for Field Office submissions to the State Office is September 28, 2012.
