Subject: Transmittal of Washington Office (WO) Instruction Memorandum
(IM) No. 2011-002, Transmittal of: (1) “Processing Worksheet: Lien Holder
Notice of Interest in Base Property and/or BLM Grazing Authorization,” and (2)
“Investing in Range Improvements on Public Lands: Fact Sheet”
Program Area: Livestock Grazing Administration
Purpose: The WO has transmitted an updated worksheet for documenting lien holder interest in
base property and/or grazing authorizations. Included is a fact sheet on range improvements.
This Instruction Memorandum (IM) transmits WO IM 2011-002 for use by Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) staff in Wyoming.
Policy/Action: The policy in IM 2011-002 is to be implemented by Wyoming BLM staff as
written, with no additions or modifications from the Wyoming State Office.
Timeframe: This policy is effective immediately.
Budget Impact: None.
Manual/Handbook Sections Affected: The direction in this IM will be incorporated into
H-4110-1 and H-4120-1.
