Subject:           Memorandum of Understanding in Title 23, Federal-aid Highway Rights-of-Way

Information Bulletin (IB) No. WY-2020-006 was issued August 10, 2020 for Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Title 23, Federal-aid Highway Rights-of-Way referencing the incorrect MOU number and with an unexecuted document. This IB provides the correct MOU number (WY-920-20-2001) and executed document for your reference.

We have finalized the attached MOU, WY-920-20-2001, which replaces an earlier version of the MOU, WY-920-08-07-192, between the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), the Federal Highway Administration, and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). This MOU further refines the responsibilities of all parties in regard to processing Federal-aid highway appropriations.
