Subject: 2016 Fire and Aviation Management Pre-Season Meeting Notification

The Branch of Fire and Aviation Pre-Season meeting will be held April 21, 2016 starting at
8:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the North Room at the Kiwanis
Community House, located at 4603 Lions Park, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
The target audience for the Pre-Season Fire and Aviation Meeting, as per 2016 Interagency
Standards for Fire and Fire Aviation Operations policy, includes Wyoming State Office Agency
Administrators, District Managers, Field Managers, and District Fire Management Officers.
Other staff, including Resource, Safety, Public Information, Support Services, and Fire and
Aviation are invited and encouraged to attend as well.
At this time, we are requesting fire, fuels and aviation presentations and agenda items from the
Field and District Offices. Please provide this information to Paul Hohn at the Wyoming State
Office by April 5, 2016 using the attached agenda item request form. Agenda distribution is
pending based upon agenda development and confirmation of speakers, and will be shared via
e-mail prior to the meeting.
