This memorandum is directed to all employees who furnish materials to the public.  We have sent 3 boxes and 5 rolled up maps to the California Desert District Office, and One (1) box and 5 rolled up maps to each Field Office, under separate cover, a supply of:     

STATE OF CALIFORNIA WILDERNESS STATUS MAP, 1:1,000,000 SCALE MAP (AUGUST, 2008 EDITION)

Requests for additional State of California Wilderness Status Maps may be ordered from the State Office Information Access Center.

Please recycle the older versions of the State of California Wilderness Status Maps when you receive the new ones.
