Subject:           Pre-Season Fire and Aviation Meeting, 2008

Attached you will find the draft agenda for our Pre-Season Fire and Aviation meeting to be held on April 22, 23, and 24th at the Courtyard Marriott in Sacramento, California.  Also attached you will find the hotel information with reservation details to assist you in making your arrangements.

Our meeting will begin promptly at 1300 on 4/22/08, and run through around 1200 on 4/24/08.  Please make your travel plans accordingly.  My hope is that all the Regional and Field Office Managers and Fire Personnel will be able to attend and that we will have a productive three days. Hotel Reservation Information

 

A block of rooms have been reserved at the new TownPlace Suites Sacramento Cal Expo, located at 1784 Tribute Road.  The Meeting will be held in the Ballroom at the Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo located just across the parking lot.

 

Please follow these instructions to ensure your room is at the per diem rate!

Deadline:  March 31, 2008  

After March 31st all unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotel and will no longer be locked to the Pre-Season Meeting.
