Subject:           Availability and Use of Form 1842-1 “Information on Taking Appeals to the Board of Land Appeals”

Enclosed is a copy of the revised Form 1842-1 “Information on Taking Appeals to the Board of Land Appeals” to be attached to all decisions from which an appeal may be taken.  This form has been revised to reflect the 2010 revision of Section 4.413, Part 4, Title 43 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

This revised form may be ordered from the Printed Materials Distribution Center at the Denver Service Center or downloaded from the Forms/eForms SharePoint site.  All previous versions of this form should be destroyed.
