Attached is a list of CA Instruction Memoranda, issued by each division with an expiration date of 9/30/2013. Indicate in the left margin of the attached list which Instruction Memoranda you wish to extend. Instruction Memoranda may be extended for one year only.  Pertinent, ongoing instructional material should be rewritten in the form of a manual supplement, or initiate a new Instruction Memorandum. Information Bulletins are self-expiring and may not be extended.

Please submit completed list to Richard Erickson (CA944) no later than 11/22/13, if no response is received the directive will not be extended. Contact Richard at 978-4303 if you have questions.
