Subject:           Review of BLM California Forms                             DD: 6/28/13

Departmental Manual 380 Chapter 7 states that Bureau forms be reviewed at least once every 3 years. Attached is a list of CA Forms created by each Division. Indicate in the left margin of the attached list if the form should be retained or cancelled. Hard copy forms are available for viewing in Central Files. 

Please submit completed list to Richard Erickson no later than 6/28/13. If no response is received the form will be considered obsolete and cancelled. Contact Richard at 978-4303 if you have questions.
