The annual review of Collection reports for the period of October 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007 were submitted by your office to the National Business Center (NBC) in May 2007.

Your office was one of six that were selected from the above review for audit this year.

Please provide a written response on each section stating what changes will be made to comply with recommendations identified in the Annual Review Collections Report.
