Withdrawal of National Forest System lands from Tonto National Forest in Superior, Arizona
This order withdraws 276 acres of National Forest System lands located within the Tonto National Forest. The purpose of this withdrawal is to protect the NFS lands from potential mining-related encumbrances that could affect the Town's ability to use these lands when purchased from the Federal Government.
