Notice of Availability of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement To Reconsider a Highway Right-of-Way Application and Associated Amendment of an Incidental Take Permit, Washington County, Utah
In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, and the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management and the Fish and Wildlife Service, as co-lead agencies, announce the availability of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Northern Corridor Project as well as a potential amendment to the Incidental Take Permit issued to Washington County, Utah, under section 10(a)(1)(B) of the ESA.
