BLM issues Three Peaks management decision
CAÑON CITY, Colo. – The Royal Gorge Field Office has issued its decision on its Three Peaks Travel Management Plan. The final decision incorporates comments made earlier on the draft plan. The Three Peaks Travel Management Plan designates travel routes for public access and motorized use on 20,400 acres of public lands north of Cotopaxi in Fremont County, Colo. The decision area covers 32.4 miles of routes that were not previously under a Travel Management Plan, as required by recently updated guidelines.
