BLM-Alaska Resource Advisory Council to meet in Anchorage September 29 & 30

ANCHORAGE – The BLM-Alaska Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will meet at the Office of Aviation Services located at 4405 Lear Court, Anchorage, Alaska. The meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. on both September 29 & 30 in training room #109. The council will accept comments from the public on Monday, September 29 from 3:10-4:00 p.m.
The meeting is open to the public. Depending on the number of people wishing to comment, time for individual oral comments may be limited. Please be prepared to submit written comments if necessary.
The agenda includes discussion regarding development in the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska (NPR-A), a possible joint meeting with the NPR-A Working Group, appointment of a subcommittee to explore the opportunities available with the Working Group and other topics of interest to the RAC.
