NV-IB-2017-001 Delegation of Authority for SD and Host for AEM Oct 7 2016

1. Upon the absence of the State Director (SD), the Associate State Director (ASD) has the delegated authority to be the acting SD. When both the SD and ASD are absent, Nevada State Office managers named in order on the attached list are delegated the authority to be the acting for the office of the State Director.

2. The monthly AEM occurs on the second Monday, at 1 :00 pm, in the Great Basin A&B Conference Room (unless otherwise notified). Attached is the schedule of hosts responsible for: 1) moderating the meeting; 2) coordinating and developing the agenda; 3) issuing an announcement via email; 4) overseeing conference room logistics (e.g., setting up/down chairs, video equipment, etc.).
