Public Input & Actions

BLM publishes proposed and final rules in the Federal Register and carries out environmental reviews in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act. Announcing and explaining bureau plans and proposals and providing the public an opportunity to comment on proposed actions is an important part of informed management. We encourage citizens to make their voices heard on the issues that are important to them.

BLM seeks public input on OHV grant proposals in northern California

REDDING, Calif. — The Bureau of Land Management invites input for the off-highway vehicle (OHV) grant applications to the California State Parks Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division. These grants support the Northern California District’s off-highway vehicle management activities, including visitor services, law enforcement, resource protection, planning and monitoring, and maintenance on BLM-managed public lands.
