Scheduled maintenance of Cebolla Canyon Road in El Malpais NCA to cause delays

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The Bureau of Land Management is announcing that a segment of Cebolla Canyon Road in El Malpais National Conservation Area will be improved and maintained from Oct. 28 through Dec. 20, 2019. Road improvements along Cebolla Canyon Road will be starting at Highway 117 and continuing for 3.5 miles.  The road will not be closed during this time; however, travelers should expect delays.  Heavy machinery will be present during this time, and we ask the public to please obey signals and signs for their safety and the safety of the workers.
