The BLM is seeking public input to inform the development of an environmental assessment for the gather and removal of nearly 5,000 excess wild horses over a 3-year period. This scoping period ends 8 July, 2024.

From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 9, living history re-enactors with the Merchant family will be at the Trails Center to showcase pioneer life along the trail.
